2. Registered users state that they own or hold the rights to all material provided for use by CAD Press for the sole purposes of the site.
3. Images should not depict nudity, violence or offensive acts.
4. Registered users undertake to guarantee, defend and hold CAD Press harmless from any complaints, lawsuits, damage or expenses, including any legal expenses that could arise from or relate to any legal action taken by a third party following a past or present violation or infraction of rights to material included in the site.
5. CAD Press will approve all texts and materials provided before publication.
6. CAD Press will not be held liable for the improper or offensive use of material included by registered users after its publication on the site.
7. The publication of the company profile, press releases, articles, interviews, books and events is free.
8. CAD Press will inform registered users of any supplementary services by e-mail.
9. When creating a profile, users are required to give CAD Press their free consent to use their personal information.
10. CAD Press will use registered users’ e-mail addresses exclusively for important internal communications or to put them in touch with potential clients, collaborators, suppliers or journalists, if explicitly authorised to do so.
