Fontana Forni, established in 1946 by Fontana brothers and based in San Lorenzo in Campo (PU), is among the leading companies specialized in the production of wood burning ovens, either for outside or inside, representing the 30% of the market sector. The building features of Fontana ovens, which represent the core business of the company, allow a uniform distribution of the heat inside the oven, avoiding the formation of areas with different temperatures, granting an ideal and professional cooking of home-made food.

Fontana Forni has widened its horizons and put out its abilities to give life to Horus, a collection of bio-ethanol working fireplaces, without chimney flue, for an innovative interpretation of fire as a design element, in full respect for environment.

Bioethanol is actually a completely eco-compatible fuel, derived from the fermentation and distillation of vegetable substances, non-toxic, odourless, can not generate smoke, dust or residue. Horus fireplaces don’t require the installation of chimney flue, allowing maximum installation flexibility to meet all the needs of elegance and comfort felt by the consumer.

Fontana Forni strongly believes in innovation, to offer to the customer a product which is always adequate to his needs and demands, also using measures to raise around the product a highly distintive character. According to this principle, Fontana Forni has created the “concept aroma design”: a functional solution integrated in all the fireplaces that produces olfactory sensations adaptable to the different states of mind and to the peculiarities of the surrounding environment.  The fire, newly dressed, becomes the means to create olfactory and sensorial atmospheres , that can stimulate strong emotions.

The new products of Horus design line combine the heat of the fire with an exclusive design suitable for every home. Charming design elements, perfect to make the rooms of every house special. The new exclusive line, signed by the designer Paolo Grasselli, is composed of 4 new products, all completely made of painted stainless steel: Steeltree, Streep, Flower and LCD.

The model Steeltree is born from the idea of evoking the natural environment of a thick wood and represents a fireplace with a strong aesthetic personality. When the chimeny is off, it is an element of formal design, when it is on, it exalts the free and decorative nature of fire.
